Obtaining your Healthcare Provider BLS Card

Option 1

($31 charge for online test, then $30 charge for hands-on skills demonstration)

1. Go to www.OnlineAHA.org
2. Under Find a Course, Select Basic Life Support (BLS), Click Search
3. Select HeartCode BLS (Blended and eLearning option)
4. Click Add to Cart, then go to Cart and Checkout, then complete payment
5. Follow instructions to complete the online course through American Heart Association
6. Save and print the certificate upon completion of course
7. Go to TCON Heart Code BLS Fee to pay for the hands on training.

• You will need to enter your name and email, and payment information.
• Currently, the hands-on training portion of the CPR certification is $15.00.
• You will need to print a receipt showing payment was made on the website.
• You will not need to specify which date you are attending training on this link.
• Once you have completed this step, please contact Lori Graham at 309-779-7732 to learn about dates a hands-on CPR training session will be available at UnityPoint Health.
