Title IX
Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences is committed to providing a learning and working environment that promotes personal integrity, civility and mutual respect in an environment free of discrimination on the basis of sex in accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The College prohibits sex discrimination in all its forms, including sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, sexual assault, relationship violence and stalking. Such offenses constitute a violation of the College's Policy, are unacceptable and will not be tolerated. All violations of the Sex Discrimination and Sex-Based Harassment Policy should be promptly reported to the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
