Online Bookstore & Apparel
Students can order their textbooks for their major courses through our
Online Bookstore. Select your course from the drop-down menu and select the book(s) you would like to purchase. Your total textbook charges with tax will appear on the final screen of the shopping cart tool. Textbook orders are charged to the student tuition and fee account and can be picked up at the start of each semester in the Student Services Office.
Textbooks for general education courses taken at Black Hawk Community College or Eastern Iowa Community College are purchased through that institution's bookstore. Books can also be purchased at any local bookstore using the ISBN numbers that are available on the College book list available in Student Services.
Looking for college apparel? We have a new online ordering service to brand your outfits with the Trinity College logo or name. This service allows you to order your outfit and have it embroidered or screen printed and have it ship directly to you or to our Student Services office. Just follow this link

Counseling Program
Peer Tutoring
Tutoring sessions are available for students who feel they need additional academic assistance in major or general education courses. Students may contact the Director of Student Services, or may be referred by an Academic Advisor or course faculty for these services. Appropriate arrangements will be made by the Director of Student Services in a timely manner to accommodate the student as necessary. Peer tutors are chosen on a case by case basis to meet the specific needs of the student.
Career Services
Student Services and Academic Advisors offer assistance in planning career goals. Students are provided with information regarding specific career opportunities within the health science professions. A College bulletin board with career opportunities is provided.
Child Care
Child Care services are available through Trinity Employee Child Care, adjacent to the College. Trinity Employee Child Care programs are managed by
Skip-a-Long Child Development Services. Skip-A-Long has an extensive history with the complexities of child-care management. Their quality staff is the key to their success in child development programming. Childcare is available Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Fees are based on full and part-time scales.
Illinois Department of Children and Family Services and Iowa Department of Human Services license Skip-A-Long Child Development Services. Additionally the facility meets the national accreditation standards. For additional information please call (309) 764-8110.
Check Cashing
Students may cash personal checks in amounts up to $5.00 at the Cashier’s Office located in the lobby of Trinity Rock Island and on the main level of Trinity Moline and Trinity Bettendorf. The cashier’s office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) are available in the elevator lobby at Trinity Rock Island and just off the lobby at Trinity Moline. Check cashing privileges will be immediately and permanently revoked upon a check being returned to Trinity Regional Health System for any reason.

Copy Services
A copy machine is available in the College Commons. Students may make copies for a fee. Information regarding copyright restrictions is posted by the copy machine.
Emergency Messages
In cases of emergency, individuals can call the Student Services Department at (309) 779-7814 or (309) 779-7700 to locate a student on campus. The Student Services Department will make every effort to contact the student and relay a message.
Enrollment Services
The Student Services Department offers assistance in the areas of admission, registration and academic records. The Student Services Department provides admission guidelines and program specific admission requirements and assists students in the enrollment process. The Registrar maintains academic records of students and confirms completion of degree and certificate requirements.
Financial Aid Program
The goal of the financial aid program is to help remove the economic barriers to higher education for all individuals. Trinity College of Nursing & Health Sciences attempts to provide financial assistance for students through scholarships, grants, loans and work opportunities, or in various combinations. Visit

Student Newsletter
The Student Services Department produces a newsletter called “The Pulse” on a semester basis. This newsletter serves as an information source with dates and important announcements that are pertinent to the entire student body.
